Refund Policy

Due to the nature of precious metals, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Return Policy

Gold products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of:

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only if:

The wrong item was delivered, or

The product is damaged or defective on arrival

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India only.

2. Shipping Time

Orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days from confirmation.

3. Delivery Process

Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.

Signature or OTP verification may be required.

Delivery attempts may be rescheduled if customer is unavailable.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Delays

Delays due to force majeure or courier issues are beyond our control.
