By accessing or using our website https://t4g.in, mobile application, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this platform.

2. Nature of Business

T4G is an e-commerce platform operated by PS Dealous LLP for the sale of physical gold coins to retail customers in India. All products are BIS hallmarked and sourced from authorised suppliers.

 3. Product Information

 Product details such as weight, purity, and pricing are displayed on the platform.

 Images are for illustration only and actual products may vary slightly.

 Prices are linked to live market rates and are subject to change until order confirmation.

 4. Pricing & Payment

 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 Cash payments are not accepted.

 Orders must be paid online through approved payment gateways before confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email or SMS from T4G. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Delivery

 Delivery is available within India only.

 Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days.

 Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

 Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

 7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

 8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of precious metals:

 Returns and exchanges are not permitted except for wrong or defective products.

 Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Purity & Certification

All gold coins sold are BIS hallmarked and certified. Customers are advised to inspect the seal and hallmark at the time of delivery.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate details, avoid misuse of the platform, and not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

T4G shall not be responsible for:

 Market price changes after order confirmation,

 Delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure,

 Indirect or consequential losses.

 12. Intellectual Property

All content including text, graphics, logos, and software are the property of PS Dealous LLP and protected under Indian law.

 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.

 14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
